CLASS

B4 + After

( A,B,C )

A perfect combination of cardiovascular, strength, plyometrics and flexibility training, using the 4 “B’s” Bike, Ball, BOSU® and Bar.  This interval training class is designed for fitness levels from beginner to advanced.  Work out “B-4” and enjoy the results “After!”

Body Sculpt & Cardio Carve

( A,B,C )

Come tone, sculpt and strengthen your entire body using various resistance equipment in a 45-minute class of non-impact activity.  This class is great for all fitness levels.

Core Building

( A,B,C )

Develop your core balance and core muscles with the use of stability balls, medicine balls, light weights, resistance bands and BOSU® Balance Trainers!  This 60-minute workout will build strength and definition in your core muscles while improving your posture, all-leading to a hard, long and lean look for you!

Instructor’s Choice

( A,B,C )

The Instructor will take you through a workout that you, the member, will help select in regards to the class content and structure.

Pilates

( A,B,C )

Core stabilization exercises designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles resulting in a longer, leaner look.  45-60 minutes of intense Pilates movements to build and strengthen core muscles.

SilverSneakers I® & Senior Cardio

( A,B,C )

Muscular Strength and Range of Motion for the "Senior Set"!  This class is designed to increase strength, range of motion and agility in older adults all while improving your physical fitness level.

SilverSneakers II®

( A,B,C )

Cardio Circuit for the “Senior Set!”  This class is designed to increase cardio endurance in older adults all while improving your physical fitness level.

6Pack “ABS”

( A,B,C )

15 minutes of just Abs.  Upper abdominals, lower abdominals and obliques.

Spin*

( A,B,C )

A 60-minute non-impact class on a stationary bike.  This class is great for all fitness levels.

Sweat Shop

( B,C )

You never know what this class will bring!...Be prepared to be challenged by high intensity cardio segments and plyometrics.  A 45-minute class designed for intermediate and advanced participants.

The Final Round

( A,B,C )

Can you make it to "The Final Round"?  Intervals of boxing, various cardio exercises, jumping rope and weights.  A cardio class that will challenge your fitness level.  Go the distance...all the way to "The Final Round"!

Tread & Shed

( A,B,C )

Climb, run, walk and jog towards your specific fitness goal.  Challenge yourself to 60 minutes of cardiovascular training.

willPower & grace®

( A,B,C )

Think Pilate’s meets Bootcamp.  A 60-minute class incorporating flexibility, cardiovascular and core all in one!

willPower & Spin

( A,B,C )

This class combines the benefits of Spin with willPower and grace®. 

60-minutes of cardio vascular, flexibility and core.  Great for all fitness levels.

7 Steps to willPower

( A,B,C )

Strengthen, energize and transform your entire body in 15-minutes.  Use this as a warm up or cool down.  Great for athletes, children, active adults and first time exercisers.

Yoga

(A,B,C)

Relax, stretch and lengthen your muscles while opening up all of your energy zones and releasing unwanted stress.

Yogilates

 ( A,B,C )

Get a taste of the mat sciences!  This class is a combination of Yoga and Pilates that lasts for 45-minutes.  For your comfort, please wear long pants to this class.

RESERVATION POLICIES

We ask that you observe the following guidelines:

1.       Reservations are required for all classes followed by an asterisk on the class schedules. You may reserve a space 24 hours prior to class.  

2.       Check in for classes at the Reception Desk.  The instructor will collect tickets.

3.      You may cancel reservations any time prior to class.  Please notify the club as soon as possible. Reservations will be forfeited two minutes prior to class.

4.        

Waiting List – Members may enter their boxs on the waiting list for unclaimed reservations. This list is first-come / first-serve for members present at the club. come/ first-serve for members present at the club.

Ten Minute Rule – For your safety, as well as the safety of the other class participants, no one will be allowed into class ten minutes after the scheduled starting time.
